4th Street Crossing hosted their first open house at the new office!
Food was catered from Sauce on the Blue, a local restaurant located directly across the street from the new development. The team also provided beer from Angry James Brewery, one of Silverthorne’s only breweries and located just around the corner from 4th Street Crossing.
This gave the brokers a feel for the culture that they will be selling to their clients that are looking to buy a residence at Fourth Street Crossing.
The office is open everyday 10am-4pm with an educated Slifer Smith & Frampton, 4th Street Crossing team member on floor.
